Substitutions & Equivalencies
If you are like us, you have a hoard of recipes and cookbooks. Nothing is worse than finally deciding to make a recipe only to discover that you need help converting the measurements or that you forgot something at the grocery store. The tables below will make the conversions and substitutions effortless.
Substitutions

Corn Syrup (1 cp) = Granulated Sugar (1 cp) with Liquid 1/4 cp
